HONEY
Our cyser is made with only British honey. Each season the bees that make our honey forage from and pollinate a wide variety of different flowers. We're able to analyse the honey and find out exactly what the bees have been up to! This means each season's cyser is unique - find out more about what's in your bottle here...
A wet spring in 2024 meant only a short blooming season and a limited honey supply but delicious nonetheless! Flower Sources include:

Our latest batches are made with honey sourced from rural Warwickshire and Northamptonshire: an area with plentiful meadow flowers and hedgerow blossoms. Rich and aromatic, light golden colour. Full pollen analysis and nectar breakdown coming soon.
